Stop by for a visit

We cannot currently hold open house shows like we have in the years past. But, hope that will change in the near future. Meanwhile you can visit us, talk trains, and see our HO model railroad layout under construction. Below are a couple shots of the construction work on the high and low lines that will connect to an extension.

Come by the club headquarters most Sundays 1-5pm located at 3500 Parkdale Ave, 3rd floor suite 17. We can’t guarantee we can run a train for you. But, will be happy to do so if our work doesn’t have the track out of commission. Regardless we will gladly talk to you about our plans for expanding our HO model railroad and we can tell you about our other projects. The other projects include a modular O-scale 2-rail layout, and an O-gauge 3-rail display layout. The 3-rail display is set up at the Rawlings Conservatory‘s holiday poinsettia show and sale in December.

To visit our O-scale modular layout attend the Great Scale Model Train Show also know as the Timonium show. The show is held three times a year at the Maryland State Fairgrounds, Cow Palace. Try your hand solving the timesaver switching puzzle challenge that is the center of our O-scale layout. Club members are always willing to talk trains, club activities and plans for the future. We also have trains for sale at the Timonium show, in all scales, so you’ll never know what you might find.
